Certification Tug-of-War PROMPT Conduct an online review of the requirements for the two certifications: CENP certification and NEA-BC Certification.
Identify the certification of most interest to you and describe your rationale for the selection of the certification. Describe the core competencies evaluated by the certification and your self-reflection as to opportunities to improve prior to seeking your chosen certification. Peer replies are to be constructively critical and encouraging to the initial post author.
Reply to one peer post that supports your certifications. Provide additional support and dialogue for the chosen certification. Reply to a second peer post that supports the certification you did NOT choose. Identify the differences in opinion and engage in a robust dialogue to support your certification choice. GUIDELINES Post an initial response to the discussion overview and questions above. Each section of the initial post response should be a minimum of 250-300 words in length and must include appropriate in-text citations, scholarly writing, and formatted using APA 7th edition.
The body of the post should demonstrate appropriate grammar and sentence structure mechanics. Please avoid contractions, slang, and ensure acronyms are spelled out the first time used in the post.
